CAN YOU SAY HYPE?
Did I say no cost involved? I shouldn't have said that. There is no cost to join, but if you want to make money, it is going to cost you $400.00 to make it. What is the $400.00 for? You must purchase their product... The AD SYSTEM™.
What is the AD SYSTEM™? Well, as far as I can tell, it is a list of advertising resources. Supposedly, a list of the cream of the crop in ad sources and pre-written ads that "GUARANTEE top performance!!!" Ads for what? Ads for promoting an existing home business, or the AD SYSTEM™ itself?
Guess what... the way you make money is by getting people to buy the AD SYSTEM™. And they said there was no selling involved. Each time a pre-enrollee purchases the AD SYSTEM™, you make $200.00. Who gets the other $200.00? Remember, the AD SYSTEM™ costs $400.00. Okay, so you have to sell the AD SYSTEM™ to at least three other suckers, oops I mean people, in order to break even. Why three? Because this is a 1 up program, so your first sale goes to the person who suckered you; it's your TRAINING SALE.
They claim that their compensation plan is like no other, yet I have seen many pay plans just like this one. Remember Prosperity Automated System's 1 up program, shut down by the SEC? There are hundreds of programs out there that require you to give away your first one, two, or three sales. So what is different about this? From what I can see, absolutely nothing. Sure, they have a product, but is a list of advertising resources and a bunch of pre-written sales letters worth $400.00? According to them it is.
The kicker here is that you only have to pay once to get the AD SYSTEM™, and can use it over and over again, so where are the repeat sales? You'll need repeat sales if your going to continue to earn, and they do state that you'll never run out of people to sell to. How can that be?
That is the problem with 1 up programs, and that is why PAS got shut down. The people who came in after the big hub-bub about it wore off, lost their initial investment, because there was no one else to fall for the sales pitch, or who could afford the cost to get involved.
This program is not a free to join and make money program. There is no such thing. If you want to make money, you have to pay $400.00 to purchase the AD SYSTEM™, and hope that you can get more than three others to join and purchase, to make a $200.00 profit. They claim that they've eliminated this problem, "Nobody left who will enroll in your program," which is a farce. No one can guarantee that, absolutely no one, especially if there is no need to purchase the product again.
It's true that there is a sucker born every minute, but there are only so many lemmings in the pond.
They claim it is not a pyramid, but it sure sounds like one to me. My recommendation is to stay away from this one, and all others like it.

Okay, so it's not a list of advertising sources. So, how effective is this software, if everyone one is using it for the same promotions? How do you earn residual income if there are no repeat sales?
Unlesss you cheat the system, you still have to pass up sales to someone else, before breaking even.
If they don't touch your money, how does one get paid their overrides from sales generated by their downline members? Does the system work on the honor system for getting paid through downline sales?
What's in it for Free1Up, if they never get a hold of your money?
Being that there is a finite number of people in the world, and an even smaller number willing to part with $400, how can they claim that you'll never run out of people to sell to?
Fancy encryption is all well and good, but it doesn't make a program legitimate.
