It's true... It happens to all of us at one time or another. It just happened to me today. Apparently, I signed up for something and forgot all about it. I must've signed up for this, because the email I received today said I did.

I guess I should really start writing these things down.

The email I must've signed up for, told me that I could turn a monthly $10.00 investment into 1000's of dollars! That's right! The email said it was a home based business opportunity with the highest speed paying matrix ever seen.

WOW! Who wouldn't want to snap up on that opportunity? I mean geeze... what a return on your investment.

If that is what you are thinking, STOP RIGHT THERE! Let's back the truck up a minute and have a look at this awesome new home based business opportunity, which by the way, is in pre-launch.

I visited the web site, http://www.masspayouts.com/tour/demotour.asp, as I was instructed by the email. I came to a nicely personalized sales page, after submitting my email address for verification purposes. The page tells me this:

Did you happen to notice that you must QUALIFY before you can make money? Well, I could not find, anywhere on this page, the conditions of qualification, so I clicked the, "Our System" link. Oh boy!

This system promises not to be a pyramid, a money game or randomizer. Well, that's good! However, it doesn't really say what it is either.

The TOTAL cost is $10.00 per month.
That's right only 33 cents a day for an automated system that makes a real income for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

There are no hidden charges.
There are no website fees.
There is no product you are required to purchase.
(We pay your way into the NVEX3000 program when you qualify)

There is that word, "QUALIFY" again. So, how do you qualify?

This is where it starts to get confusing...

After you bring 4 people into the MassivePayouts system you qualify for commissions paid by the NVEX3000 team. MassivePayouts then pays your enrollment fees! Part of the membership payments from your 4 downline members are now paying your $30.00 per month enrollment fee into the NVEX3000 program. You have now earned a paid up position. We take over the payments.

First of all, what is the NVEX3000 team? When did I join it, and where did it say that it would cost me additional money to be a part of? I thought there were NO HIDDEN CHARGES.

Now if it takes 4 members, paying $10.00/month to cover my first fee of $10.00/month and my new fee of $30.00/month, then how do I break even by enrolling just two members? (see #9 above)

Ok, so what happens when I click on the, "Product" link on the site?

I end up at a site called: build-a-biz, or buildabiz.net, if you like. This site is a real kicker too!

Since I am still trying to figure out what the first product is, I click on the product link at this new site I've found myself on. Guess what... THE PAGE CANNOT BE FOUND!

So, I check out the imcome opportunity link on this site, and find that it is basically the same deal as masspayouts.com, only it is on a much more professional looking page. It also costs $10.00/month to subscribe to this site, which is the product of the first site, masspayouts.com. It also mentions having access to the NVEX3000 backoffice.

The company's mission statement says that the goal is to help you build your small business, but it doesn't say word one about how this is to be done.

Now this NVEX3000 thing was really getting to me. If I pay $10.00/month to MPO, and they take the commissions from my first 4 enrollments to pay for my qualification in NEVX3000, and I have to pay an additional $10.00/month to buildabiz.net, which gives me access to NVEX3000, aren't I just running in circles?

It sounds to me like MPO is making $50.00/month off me, and I am not getting anything. Because guess what...

All of these web sites do run in a circle. Here's the skinny...

masspayouts.com is owned by Kevin Sipe
buildabiz.net is owned by Kevin Sipe
nvex3000.com is owned by Kevin Sipe
35centsaday.com is owned by Kevin Sipe (the domain my email came from)

Please note that if you try to go to www.nvex3000.com, to check that out, it redirects to a masspayouts.com login page. Imagine that!

What this whole thing boils down to is paying Kevin Sipe. But for what?

This whole things just screams SCAM! Stay away from this one Ladies and Gents, 'cause you'll be taken for an expensive ride if you don't.

FYI... The email I received was not signed with a name. It read, "Your Success, MPO Venice, FLA." Out of all the Sipes sites that I visited, the only one that bore contact information was buildabiz.net. In fact, there was no contact link on any of the other sites at all.
